George & Amanda
Hadgiannis
George and Amanda Hadgiannis founded Andover In-Home Care with one conviction: that every person deserves to be seen, celebrated, and cared for with dignity and compassion. Their draw to home care grew from personal family experiences, witnessing loved ones thrive with compassionate support at home, and also seeing the struggles when that support wasn't available.
Amanda has spent many years serving her community, leading youth and children's programs, and offering senior companionship to elders. George has led in both professional and faith settings, leading hospitality teams as well as serving on the Board at their local church. Together, they bring a blend of heart, integrity, and values-led, servant leadership to non-medical care.
